Payzone Bill Payments is the commercial arm for Post Office and Payzone, providing a vital over the counter bill payment, prepay energy top up and warm home discount service to end customers on behalf of our Utilities Clients. We started with barcoded bill payments, added key and card prepay top-ups and have now added Smart PAYG over the counter and digital to our client offerings, we work hard to provide a consistent, reliable service, supporting cash and vulnerable customers. We provide market leading account management, scalable systems and work closely with our partners to provide enhanced service at a competitive rate.

It’s used by a wide range of businesses across the UK including the public sector, utility companies, financial institutions, charities and more; with a focus on providing a means for them to make payments to those who may not have access to mainstream services. I’ve worked with Payout for over ten years and my responsibilities range from sales to service delivery and beyond.
Payzone Bill Payments has a rich heritage in transit ticketing, firstly with paper ticketing for regional authorites and operators, then adopting ITSO standards for Smart Ticketing solutions, again for the Operator Community and regional transit authorties.

As the main day to day contact for existing utility clients, I bring over 20 years direct experience of managing customer payments from the utilities sector across the Post Office Group, covering Payzone stores and Post Office branches. Working alongside many of the utility companies, I have specific in-depth knowledge of the Energy Sectors prepayment Gas and Electric top up market, whether traditional Legacy Meters or Smart Meter services or simple bill payments. My aim is simple; use my experience and network to ensure our clients are served well, by championing back off support activities, provide regular service reviews with clients, and ultimately to ensure that our agents have the support they need to give great service when a customer visits us to pay a bill or buy a top up.

As the Product Manager for Payout, I am responsible for everything related to the service, from sales to account management.
I have over 10 years of experience in ticketing & payments technology within transit ecosystems. Here at Payzone, I am responsible for developing and expanding Payzone’s digital & smart ticketing proposition nationwide in the bus and rail transport sectors. Working closely with Transport Authorities, Smart Cities and Operators, I focus on improving the reach and accessibility of transport ticketing to passengers through Payzone and Post Office retail convenience network and payments solutions.
I have been responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with a portfolio of Transport Authorities and central and local government clients for over 20 years. I passionately believe in collaborative working with strong communication and I am excited to be bringing my experience to the reseller clients to work together to realise opportunities across the Payzone and Post Office retail convenience network.
