We offer our parcel services at selected stores through HubBox. If your local Payzone store offers HubBox, you can shop online and send your parcels to your nearest shop.
Drop & Collect
We’re currently trialling a Post Office Drop & Collect service across a number of Payzone stores. If your local store is one of them, you can drop off returns and collect parcels there.

Do you frequently collect parcels from your Payzone store? If you don’t want to carry your passport and driving licence, download the EasyID app, a quick way to prove your identity when collecting your items.
