Telesales Account Executive

Responsibilities:

 

  • Initiating sales with potential customers through outbound and inbound calls
  • Retain our profitable customers who are looking to cancel their card services
  • Working with existing customers to increase the volume of transactions
  • Engage with customers and demonstrate the facts and benefits of our services
  • Gather information through fact finding to build future opportunities
  • Answer questions to customers on our services and products and close sales
  • Generate card acceptance leads for our partners
  • Achieve target across various KPI’s
  • Document all calls with accurate information and notes

 

Requirements:

 

  • Excellent communications
  • Proven track record in a telesales role
  • The ability to engage customers into a conversation
  • Excellent sales ability along with exceptional objection handling skills
  • The ability to switch focus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Software
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work alone as well as within a team
  • Complete customer application accurately
  • Complete the sales process from initial enquiry to the signing of the application

 

Previous Experiences:

 

  • Telesales – Outbound and Inbound Calls
  • Systems Experience
  • Achievement of various KPI’s
  • Bill payments, card payments (advantage but not essential)

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic & determined with a drive to achieve company targets across various KPI’s. Being able to work alone or within a team is essential for this role due to the nature of the role in this current climate. You must possess the qualities to overachieve and be customer focused with an excellent telephone manner. Lead generation is a high priority in this role so experience in lead generation would be a great advantage but not essential
