• The best social channels to use to connect with your customers are Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
• When posting on Twitter, keep your content shorter than 280 characters
• Use relevant hashtags to make your content visible to more people (things like #topup #energybills #payzone)
• Keep the content in your posts simple and straight to the point
• Add a space between each line of content so it is easier for your followers to leave
• If relevant, add a link to special offers (if you have a website)
• Share photos from your store to make it more personal
• Tag @payzoneuk in all posts related to the Payzone device and services available
