To ensure that any disruption to Payzone services is minimised, we have established a dedicated Response Team who will coordinate our ongoing response to Coronavirus as the situation develops. We have contingency plans in place to help protect your business and ensure that customers still have access to essential bill payment services. Payzone will continue to operate as usual unless instructed otherwise by the government.
We are working very hard to support our retailers and ensure that customers can still pay their bills and top-up their gas and electricity.

We would also like you to know that we too remain open and we are here to support you 7 days a week, Monday - Friday: 8am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday: 9am - 1pm. To all of our customers who are worried about continued access to our services, we would like to reassure you that you can still use our Store Locator and it is being updated regularly. You can also visit your local Post Office branch to top up and pay your bills.
We are working very closely with our retailers, our colleagues at the Post Office and our suppliers to reduce disruption to our service.
