Dear Retailer,

We’re absolutely delighted that you’ve chosen to become part of our friendly network. Together with the Post Office, there are over 24,000 Payzone stores and Post Office branches across the country – and you’re now one of them! As a Payzone retailer, you can complete a wide range of payments, including energy, local authorities, mobile top-ups and smart ticketing for transport providers. We even offer One4all gift cards for every occasion too! Payzone have secured lots of long-term, exclusive contracts, including British Gas, ScottishPower and Jersey Electricity, with many more coming on board all the time. On top of this, we are so proud to work with lots of other big-name suppliers, including E.on Next, United Utilities, 02, EE, TravelMaster, HubBox parcels and The Health Lottery.

Getting started.

Underneath the box lid of your new Payzone Plus are simple instructions on how to set everything up. Even more detailed steps are available as a PDF within our dedicated downloads page too. Just scan the QR code printed within the lid to be instantly taken there. The page also has all the latest support material to make successful transactions, plus a huge selection of downloadable in-store advertising material and exciting sales opportunities.

Additional Services.

If you’re joining Payzone as a SuperAgent, which is where you offer replacement gas and electricity cards and keys for E.on Next, EDF and British Gas, there is a simple how-to guide included in the transaction guide within this pack. If you’re not a SuperAgent but you want to know more, give us a call on 01606 566 566. If you’ve chosen to take the card acceptance offer through our associated card payment provider, the service will be added to your T103 device/card reader. You’ll also shortly receive a separate welcome pack with everything you need to know about your new card acceptance service.
