Prize Draw Promotion – T&C’s 

Payzone - One4All Gift Cards

1. The promotion is open to all businesses which have a live Payzone network account throughout the promotional period specified below and who retail One4all gift cards Payzone employees, their friends, relatives and anyone else connected to the promotion are not eligible to participate.
2. To be eligible for the chance to win a Prize, participants sell a minimum of one gift card between 10/12/21 and 31/12/21 to secure a raffle ticket with one additional raffle ticket allocated to retailers for every additional gift card sale achieved.
3. The promotion will run from Friday 10th December until Thursday 31st December 2021 (inclusive). Any Payzone gift card sales outside of these times will not be eligible for entry into the draw.
4. No alternative route is available for entry into the prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
5. Only one entry per business of eligible raffle tickets is valid and any duplicate entries will not count.
6. Winners will be chosen at random by Payzone no later than 10th Jan 2022 from all eligible entries.
7. There will be four prizes of a £500 One4All vouchers (the “Prizes”). Payzone reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an item of equal or greater value or specification.
8. There will be a total of 4 winners who will receive one Prize each. There is no cash alternative to the Prize and the Prize is not transferable.
9. The winner will be notified as soon as practicable after the draw date. Participants are responsible for ensuring that Payzone has up-to-date contact details. Participants consent to being contacted for these purposes and for Payzone to make any necessary checks to verify their eligibility for the promotion.
10. The Prize will be posted to the winner, to their trading address as recorded by Payzone at the time of dispatch. The winners should allow 30 days from the date of the draw to receive the Prize.
11. If, by 30 days after the draw date, any winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide any relevant details to enable the Prize to be delivered, they shall forfeit the Prize and an alternative winner will be drawn at random from all relevant entries.
12. Details of the winners may be publicised (including on Payzone’s website and newsletters) and each winner must agree to this publicity.
13. Payzone's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
