Hello there…

This page provides guidelines and establishes procedures for any refunds to a Payzone merchant.

Refunds are only accepted for TERMINAL FAULTS.

If you have a transaction that needs further investigation please complete the attached letter. Please see below for common queries that we are unable to refund.

Troubleshooting

No Till Roll - Ensure the terminal has till roll in. Payzone till rolls have a red marker to highlight how many receipts are left before the roll runs out

Wrong product / amount - Confirm the product / amount before starting the transaction.
