Permit Management

Payzone's permit management service allows local authorities and parking operators to electronically issue, renew, manage and validate parking permits online. The system supports all types of standard permits including residential, visitors, commercial, seasonal and disability whilst also giving councils and parking operators the opportunity to define their own permit types.
Administering parking permits online is a straightforward and cost effective approach to permit management as it removes the inconvenience and cost of administration associated with traditional permit issuing techniques.

Payments are processed in real time and enforced by license plate, transponder tags or barcode stickers. The payment renewal process is greatly simplified as motorists can receive an email or text message reminder for permit expiry and can renew their existing permit online, without the need for issuing a new physical permit.

As part of our mPARK product suite, Payzone can deliver permit management as a stand alone service or integrate it as a component of our mobile parking payment systems.
