The UK Executive Team comprises of:

Bill Thomson UK Managing Director - Payzone

Bill Thomson is UK Managing Director for Payzone, and has been with the Group since March 2009.

Bill has spent the last eight years of his career at Barclaycard Business, the B2B arm of Barclaycard.  He was a member of the executive committee for five years and Managing Director from 2006.  During this time he managed growth of the UK’s second largest acquirer and Europe’s largest Visa commercial card issuer.  As Managing Director he was responsible for overseeing the development of the division’s contactless technology and international expansion strategy.
 
Bill has extensive card payment experience across all channels and all sizes of retailer. In 1997 he helped found NetBanx, a ground breaking payment card processing solution, which supported the development of e-commerce and on-line retail.  Later, in 2001, he was recruited to Barclaycard to develop ePDQ, a secure on-line card payments system.

Mary Turrell UK Finance Director - Payzone

Mary is UK Finance Director for Payzone. Mary has been with the Group since 2005 covering all areas of Finance/HR and Administration. Prior to this she was UK Retail Finance Director at Alphameric Plc for two years. Furthermore, she worked for Critical Path Inc as SVP Worldwide Sales Finance and spent 14 years with ICL/Fujitsu in various finance roles.

Mary is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Rikki Dinsmore Managing Director - Cashzone

Rikki joined the Cashzone business in November 2008 as the Operations Director. Rikki's previous commercial experience is focused on supply chain management working initially with 3rd party logistics providers in the form of TNT Logistics (Asia Pac) and UPS Logistics Group (Europe) and latterly as a global supply chain director in manufacturing
companies with their manufacturing base located in Asia. Previous to this Rikki spent some 13 years in the military in a variety of overseas locations.

Rikki holds an MBA from Cranfield University.

Mark Edwards Finance Director - Cashzone

I joined Cardpoint in Jan 09 and operate as the Finance Director.  My background started as a chartered accountant with KPMG in Liverpool and Manchester (8 years) before moving to work for MyTravel (formerly known as Airtours plc) as Finance Director for its direct sell business (7 years).  I then worked for a renewable energy company, backed by private equity in Macquarie, as CFO for two years.  My next role before joining Cardpoint was to set up a house-building company and successfully completing a project in the North West.
